Let me explain to everyone how this lottery works. You get a special ticket through PM, but to get that ticket, you have to send a 100 points to me, Dr.Ko with the message attached "Lottery Ticket Please" then you're name a line after. When you get the ticket, it will have a special number on the it somewhere, you must remember that number or keep the PM with you. I record who get's what number of ticket so if you are to give you're ticket to somebody else, I will know and you will be disqualified from that particular lottery and you will not participate in the following lottery, but can participate in the ones afterwords.
The prizes are very rare, and are listed in every lottery. You might get a lot of points or you might get a PTA special golden promo adoptable, or you might even get both if you're lucky.

1. The price for each ticket is a 100 points. No less, no more. If you do send more or less, I will try my hardest to send them back to you.
2. You can buy more than 1 ticket but you have to pay for each of the tickets you buy.
3. You cannot share the ticket with anyone else.
4. You must write when sending the points to me the following; "Lottery Ticket Please" then you're forums name a line after.
5. Any force or pressure towards a member asking for their ticket or ticket number will not be tolerated and you will get a warn.
6. No flaming or spamming in this topic.
7. No bribing in any way, sort, or form will increase the chances of you winning and you will likely get looked down as a cheater.
8. Any other PokeTown rules apply.
9. The Lottery will always be held on Saturday GMT +12 [there are exceptions] at any time but the user will get notified by PM and e-mail, a shout box post, and a post in this thread.
