Blue Eyes White Dragon and Gate Guardian.. 
Gate Guardian is still prolly the favorite card that I own. Yeah, I know it's not one of my most valuable as far as technical worth goes, but that doesn't mean he's not my favorite.
Ultimate Insect Lv5 and Luminous Soldier are close behind.

Dueling wise, Sakuretsu Armor, or Maju Garzett.

Haha, I knew somebody would mention Injection.
While I still like a lot of my older cards, I've grown to really appreciate the Prime Material Dragon. I know it's not that useful in the game, but there's just something about that card that made me need to get it.

My Favorite card IS Spirit Reaper because it can't be destroyed by batte but my second best is Red Eyes Zombie Dragon. And Yes i have the zombie deck
I would have to say my Wicked Dreadfoot. I have a wicked gods deck, and frankly, i love all three of them, but since i have to choose one, i'm going with dreadfoot.
